The Prompt

Overview:

The DVHS Mobile Application Development Club welcomes you to our first hackathon of this year. This hackathon challenges high-school and middle-school students to create an innovative project to compete for cash prizes and trophies. In this competition, your project will be presented to a panel of CEOs and professional judges.

The Prompt

Identify a problem or unexplored topic in education that you would be interested in exploring/solving. Find an inventive solution to this problem. Additionally, create a presentation explaining your idea, your approach to the problem, and what you hope to accomplish with your solution. Your solution must include at least initial steps of code, and explaining your code to the judges and showing that you understand the principles of coding adds high value to your solution and will count heavily in your favor.
